i miss those night lullabies you always sing to me
when I was about to sleep,
you sing to me like there's no tomorrow
you sing to me like there's no other show
you sing to me like there's no one to care tho
as i fall asleep,
i can feel the warmth gaze,
the fingers;
running smoothly through my hair
the breath;
breathing lightly beneath the ears & cheeks
the lips;
cupping the forehead with tender & care.
as i woke up,
i saw our hands entwined together
both eyes was tightly close
with a sip smile of on your face;
it changes everything.
my day goes from worst to best
& i want this day to stay.
